Steve Gill
Director
From 2014-2023, Steve served as CEO of EPC firms specializing in large production and processing facilities, one of which was Valerus. Prior to that, Steve held various senior leadership positions at Exterran and Hanover, including Vice President – International. His career also includes experience at Ingersoll Rand and Dresser Rand. Steve brings a wealth of industry knowledge and leadership to his role as Chairman of Phoenix Project Solutions. He holds a B.S. degree in Mechanical Engineering from Texas A&M University.
Harlan Smith
Director
Harlan Smith is the CEO of Schwob Energy Services, LLC, which he co-founded and previously served as President. He led SES to become a leading Midstream construction company, setting over 670,000 compression HP, before its successful sale in 2019. His focus now is on market expansion and growth, establishing SES as a major Mechanical, Electrical, and Instrumentation provider. Prior to SES, he was a VP at Schwob Building Company, where he developed a new niche in bulk cement and acidizing plant construction. He also served as a Project Manager at Lee Lewis Construction. Mr. Smith holds a BS in Construction Engineering from Texas Tech University.
Andre Rodriguez
Director
Andre Rodriguez is Executive Chairman and President of Schwob Energy Services (SES), a general contracting firm specializing in the oil and gas industry. He led the merger of his firm, PFS Construction, with SES in 2018. With over 12 years of petroleum industry experience, he has a strong track record as an entrepreneur and business developer, including extensive M&A activity. He has executive experience as an owner, investor, and operator across various sectors, including real estate and medical supplies. Mr. Rodriguez holds a Bachelor’s of Business Administration degree with honors from the University of Missouri’s Trulaske College of Business.
BRETT Gill
Director
Brett brings 13 years of extensive industry experience to the table. With a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering from Texas Tech University, Brett has a proven track record of success in the energy sector. Key achievements include managing the EPC installation of complex gas processing facilities and compressor stations, overseeing a large fleet of rental compressors as an asset manager, and innovating new produced water treating technology from development and engineering through fabrication, patenting, and operation. Brett’s passion lies in tackling the daily challenges of major project delivery, emphasizing teamwork and collaborative problem-solving to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
