Purpose/Opportunity: To establish compressor stations in Texas with the ability to handle fluctuating natural gas flow rates, starting with an initial capacity and providing a pathway for rapid future expansion with ease.
Method:Implemented a modular equipment and header design, allowing for a phased approach. This design facilitated an initial operating capacity of 24 MMSCFD, while also enabling seamless expansion up to 120 MMSCFD as needed.
Results:Created flexible compressor station infrastructure capable of adapting to evolving production demands. The modular design provides an efficient and cost effective means of increasing capacity as needed.
