Purpose/Opportunity: To receive and process 450 MMSCFD of high-pressure offshore wellstream, ensuring efficient hydrocarbon dewpoint control and safe product handling.
Method: Implemented a two-train facility utilizing the Joule-Thompson effect for hydrocarbon dewpoint control. The inlet system incorporates a large harp-style slug catcher and mercury removal system, followed by condensate stabilization and storage. Additionally, 5MW of natural gas-fired power generation was integrated to support operations.
Results: Established a fully functional processing facility capable of handling high-volume offshore wellstream, with comprehensive safety measures including a robust firewater system, and on site power generation.
