Purpose/Opportunity: To rapidly deploy a natural gas processing unit in New Mexico, enabling efficient processing of 35 MMSCFD (million standard cubic feet per day) of natural gas.
Method: Utilized a modular 35 MMSCFD refrigerated Joule-Thomson (JT) process unit, combined with pre-fabricated piping headers. This modular approach facilitated a streamlined “cradle to grave” field construction process.
Results: Achieved an exceptionally fast project completion timeline, with the entire field construction completed in just 12 weeks. This demonstrates the efficiency and speed advantages of modular construction in the oil and gas industry.
